The ordering, shipping, customization, and customer service have all been great. The large box (which can be awkward to carry, so prepare for some lifting) arrived at my doorstep instead of the front office, which was nice. This is the first lifesize doll I’ve gotten and it’s a well made piece. She is a little heavier (about 110 pounds) than some of the other dolls listed around this height which is much better and more realistic in my opinion. As long as you’re picking her up correctly and supporting her weight, you can do just about anything with her. (Don’t pick her up by just her arms or legs, try to get her center of gravity and spread the weight, as grabbing just one area for lifting could cause the skin to tear against the metal skeleton.)
