  1. We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping, the price you see in our store is the final price, no hidden cost. You can also choose to pay an additional fee for expedited shipping.
  2. You will receive notifying emails about the order detail and order status from order placement to fulfillment.
  3. After you place the order, your doll will be made in factory according to your customizations. Usually production time is 5 business days. For some brands like WM Doll, YL doll, SE Doll, the production time would be up to two weeks in busy season. You will receive order update with tracking number by email after we ship your order.
  4. Free shipping time typically 5-7 calendar days; expedited shipping time typically 25-35 calendar days to most countries. Exceptions may occur. Please understand that shipping and customs clearance is out of our control, sometimes shipping may be delayed for reasons and it may take longer time for the customs to release a shipment in some countries.

The expedited shipping service by direct UPS/FedEx to door (5-7 business days), buyers need to clear customs and pay import duty.
