Excellent service, I asked them lots of questions and they responded quickly. They are in China, but their English is very good. This is an unusual and relatively expensive purchase for those of us in the States, and the seller handles the potential anxiety well. I was emailed the tracking number for shipping. The shipping, in this case, was phenomenal. There was a small hole in the bottom of the box, but the manufacturers had done their best to prevent this by taping a wooden square to the bottom of the box. The shippers were just rough and knocked the square off, and left a small hole. The doll was fine. The doll was custom made and delivered with lightning speed. I will be sure to review this for subsequent purchases as well.
The doll: Beautiful. It came with some little extras that are very helpful. The doll is not as soft as it looks in the photos. More of an athletic build. But it is very well crafted and lifelike. Note that the doll is heavy. It is not something that can easily be put into a closet and taken out again, for instance.

I gotta admit, this doll took me by surprise. It feels pretty good. It’s soft, and the fat ass body is a great feature. It’s like the real thing. The only downside is it lacks warmth, the material tends to pick up lint (which requires cleaning and baby powder afterwards). But other than that…I like it.
